ABOUT

Allison Duckman is a Toronto-based designer whose work spans fashion design, product design, and miniature making. A 2023 Parsons School of Design graduate, she spent several years in New York developing a multidisciplinary approach that blends garment design with playful material experimentation. During her time at Parsons, Allison completed a semester abroad studying knitwear at Central Saint Martins. She returned to London in 2024, where she developed her miniature-making practice and broadened her work beyond clothing.

Guided by a philosophy rooted in joy, nostalgia, and childlike curiosity, Allison draws inspiration from toys, books, and craft materials. She often plays with scale and tactility, working with natural fibers, found objects, and hand-focused techniques. Whether crafting garments or small-scale worlds, she brings an imaginative, holistic design perspective that celebrates the magic of making.
